Zumba with Dillon!

Zumba takes the "work" out of workout by bringing a dance party to your fitness routine. High and low-intensity calorie-burning moves that focus on cardio, muscle toning and balance will be a focus. Expect a blend of Latin, hip-hop and African rhythms that guarantee tons of fun. Stylistic and fitness variations make this class accessible for participants of all abilities and ages. 

No dance experience is necessary, just your enthusiasm! See you on the dance floor!  

Bring a water bottle and small towel, and wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
