Party with K-Pop Stars

Ring in the New Year with the favorite flavors of K-Pop stars! Join us for a fun and festive cooking class featuring two iconic Korean comfort foods: traditional seaweed soup and hand-rolled gimbap. You will discover how to properly prepare and rehydrate seaweed, learning the secrets to seasoning the broth to create a deeply savory, comforting soup that is traditionally enjoyed on special occasions. Next, master the art of rolling your own gimbap! We will guide you through the techniques for layering rice, proteins, and colorful vegetables, showing you how to customize the fillings to create your own signature roll. Whether you are hosting a celebration or craving a satisfying everyday meal, you will leave with the skills and confidence to recreate these delicious Korean favorites at home.

Once the class is gathered together, Evelyn will surprise you with her own additional dish to enhance the meal experience for the evening! Come ready to roll, taste, and celebrate!
