Fast & Easy Chinese Favorites
Master the art of effortless meal prep with a menu designed to taste even better over time! Join Evelyn for an exciting cooking class featuring flavorful Chinese drunken sesame chicken paired with a crisp seaweed cucumber salad. You will learn the technique of gently poaching chicken in water to keep the meat wonderfully tender and soft. Once cooled, the shredded chicken is soaked in rice wine to deeply intensify the savory flavors. Alongside the chicken, we will make a refreshing seaweed cucumber salad that holds up beautifully in the refrigerator for up to a week, making it the ultimate make-ahead dish for busy weeks.
Last but not least, Evelyn will surprise you with her own additional dish to enhance the meal experience for the evening! She will only reveal the dish or treat in class when everyone gathers. Come hungry and see what delightful surprises are in store for the evening as you elevate your meal-prep routine with delicious, make-ahead friendly recipes!
