Holiday Baking for Sharing
There’s always room for a little something sweet during the holidays—even after a big Thanksgiving feast! In this class, we’ll explore the art of making shareable, make-ahead treats that are easy to transport, perfect for passing around the table, and lovely to send home with guests.
From rich, nutty bars to crisp, citrusy biscotti, we’ll explore treats that strike a balance between cozy holiday flavors and lighter, fresher finishes. These are the kinds of goodies that make wonderful additions to a holiday spread, thoughtful homemade gifts, or a little something to enjoy with a cup of coffee the next day.
You’ll learn techniques for creating delicious, beautifully finished treats that travel well and can be prepared ahead, leaving you more time to enjoy the festivities.
Come ready to bake, sample, and discover a few new favorites to share this holiday season!
This is a participatory cooking class. A small group of 3–4 students will work together at each cooking station to complete the recipes on the evening’s menu.
For ages 13 and older. Kids 10-13 are welcome to attend with a caregiver who is also registered.
