Wok This Way! Hong Kong Favorites

Join Evelyn for a fun evening as she transports your kitchen straight to the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong with a classic pairing of sweet and sour pork and a traditional Buddha's feast! Through her numerous trips visiting her husband’s relatives in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, she is excited to share with you a vibrant cooking class where you will learn the secrets to creating crispy fried pork pieces coated in a stunning, glistening dark-red sauce with a perfectly balanced, fruity pop. To balance the meal, we will dive into a magnificent Buddha's feast. You will discover how to combine fresh vegetables with specialty dehydrated ingredients and savory tofu pieces. This vegetarian crowd-pleaser is packed with texture and flavor, making it the ultimate dish to proudly serve your vegetarian friends.

Evelyn will also surprise you with her own additional dish to enhance the meal experience for the evening! She will only reveal the dish or treat in class when everyone gathers.
